About Us
Łukasz and Konstantina - a Polish-Cypriot couple who built a home in Cyprus and help others go through the same journey.
Hi! Our names are Łukasz and Konstantina. We are not a real estate agency, but a couple who went through exactly the same journey you are planning.
I (Łukasz) have been living in Cyprus since 2016, while Konstantina has spent most of her life here. Since 2022, we have been living in our own home, which we built from scratch near Famagusta.
A unique combination of perspectives
Our strength lies in combining two worlds. I came here from Poland, working remotely and looking for sunshine. Konstantina is from here.
Thanks to this, we understand both sides. As Poles, we know a home must have high standards, fast internet and be warm in winter. As locals, we know how to deal with authorities, what the Cypriot "siga siga" really means in practice and how to effectively enforce deadlines.

Practice, not theory
We work exclusively with a trusted, local developer - the same one who built our house and pool. We do not recommend offers from a catalogue, but people we have verified with our own money and years of living in their buildings.
What do we focus on?
In our projects, we promote a modern approach. We know how important legal verification and a clean Title Deed are, but also technologies such as solar panels and heat pumps, which in our case reduced electricity bills by over 90%. We want your home to be not only beautiful, but also energy-efficient and legally secure.
