I have been living in Cyprus since 2016 and I know from experience what building a house here looks like - from finding a plot to getting the keys. Together with my wife, we help those who want to realise their dream of a home on the island of Aphrodite - even if they still live abroad.
How we work
We work with a local developer who built our own home and is currently helping us build a pool. Thanks to this, we know exactly what each stage looks like and what to expect.
Our role is mediation and support at every step - not just until signing the contract, but also afterwards, throughout the entire construction:
- communication with the developer
- help choosing a lawyer and civil engineer
- translation of documents and conversations
- support throughout the entire building process
We speak Polish, English and Greek, so communication with local companies and authorities is no problem at all.
